BIO:
LOOK FOR TOM ON HBO IN 2003! It could be a new chapter in Tom's bio or the end of his career...only the editor of HBO's award winning documentary series "America Undercover" know for sure. Tom wrote and perfomed stand-up spefically for the series back in 2001, and after some "legal issues" (the producer's words) were addressed, the show will air in 2003.
In 2002, Tom filmed the pilot for "The Urban Mullet" for Canadian television, playing the sleazy news reporter "Jackie Bruce". Following in the footsteps of his talk show heroes, Tom got behind the desk and interviewed fellow comics for an upcoming documentary on "Funny Fest--The Calgary Comedy Festival" for Playground Productions .
These weren't Tom first appearances on TV. As a reporter, Tom has been seen on The Learning Channel and Discovery's Networks. He has also appeared on the NBC affiliate WDSU, Canada's Global TV and featured on PBS in Louisiana. Tom has covered everything from the unrest in Israel to hurricanes in Gulf.
It was covering news that Tom found his off-the-cuff insights opening the eyes and minds of the audience, while closing the doors of TV executives...for now.
Comically, Tom has headlined at The Calgary Comedy Festival and was the closer at the 1999 New Orleans Comedy Festival at the House of Blues. He has also opened for such varied acts as Lorrie Morgan, REO Speedwagon, Will Durst, Percy Sledge, Rhonda Shear, and The Smithereens. He is currently headlining shows on the road wherever a joke is taken, and many places it is not.
Being wedged between the fading ideas of the Baby Boomer generation and the cynicism of Generation X, Tom tries to find balance without a net or psychiatrist. It is through his comedy that he has been called the "voice of the Wedgies."

"TOM GREGORY is one of the brightest nightclub comedians working today. He has performed in many of the finest clubs and showrooms in the country with his laugh-filled act. Gregory looks like a young Mickey Rooney and has the voice and timing of the late Sam Kinison."
His last two girlfriends, said, " TOM better start making some damn money, or he needs to find a real damn job. I tried of this... I deserve better than Romain noodles!"
